What I can do for you

Practical, tailored support funded by your Access to Work award.

Support built around how your brain works

Every client I work with is different. Before we start, I take time to understand your role, your challenges, and what a good working week looks like for you. Then I get to work handling the tasks that create overwhelm so you can focus on what you're actually there to do.

01

Admin Support

Clear the backlog. Keep it clear.

For many neurodivergent professionals, admin is the thing that quietly piles up until it becomes unmanageable. Emails go unread, files go unfiled, invoices go unsent. I take ownership of the administrative tasks that are draining your time and energy.

What this includes

  • Email inbox management and triage
  • File organisation and document management
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Task prioritisation and meeting prep
  • Drafting correspondence on your behalf
02

Diary Management

Structure your time. Protect your focus.

Time blindness and difficulty with planning are common challenges for people with ADHD and AuDHD. I manage your calendar so that your day has shape and so that nothing important slips through the cracks.

What this includes

  • Scheduling and managing meetings
  • Calendar planning and time blocking
  • Setting reminders and follow-up prompts
  • Coordinating with colleagues or clients on your behalf
  • Travel and logistics planning
03

Executive Function Support

A thinking partner for the tasks that feel impossible.

Executive dysfunction can make it hard to start tasks, prioritise effectively, or think through complex problems even when you know exactly what needs to be done. I work alongside you as a thinking partner and accountability support, helping you move forward.

What this includes

  • Accountability check-ins and task initiation support
  • Breaking down large projects into manageable steps
  • Prioritisation and planning sessions
  • Forward planning for your business or workload
  • Phone and written support during difficult periods

If your access to work award included support worker funding, your grant can contribute towards the approved cost of the above support packages. Your award will set out the support that has been agreed for you.

Not sure what your award covers? Check your award letter or contact your Access to Work advisor for a breakdown of your approved support hours.
