Access to work support for neurodivergent professionals

Practical support with organisation, accountability, workload, diary management and day to day administration.

You've done the hard part. Now it's time to find the right support. I'm Naiima, a virtual assistant specialising in neurodivergent professionals. I take the tasks off your plate that are holding you back from performing at your best at work.

Access to Work

Your award, put to use

If your Access to Work award includes support worker funding, your grant can contribute to the approved cost of your support. Your award will set out the support that has been agreed for you.

That's where I come in. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent professionals, using your funding to provide tailored, practical support.

How I can support you?

Every arrangement is tailored to what you need. Here are the three core areas I work in:

01

Admin Support

Managing emails, organising files, handling data entry, and task priortisation. I take the administrative load off your plate so your inbox doesn't become a source of dread.

02

Diary Management

Scheduling meetings, planning your calendar, and setting task reminders. I create structure around your time so nothing falls through the cracks.

03

Executive Function Support

Accountability sessions, planning strategy, and forward planning your business. Especially useful for business owners who need a thinking partner to help them prioritise and move forward.

About me

Support that actually understands you

I'm Naiima. A support worker who specialises in supporting neurodivergent professionals. I don't just understand the admin; I understand how ADHD, autism, and AuDHD affect the way you work, think, and experience your day.

Executive dysfunction, task paralysis, inbox overwhelm, time blindness, these aren't character flaws. They're real challenges that the right support can genuinely help with. My approach is practical, non-judgmental, and built around how your brain works.

I work with professionals across a range of industries and sectors, supporting them to stay in work, thrive in their roles, and feel less overwhelmed every day.

Case study

Real Support = Real Results

University Lecturer (ADHD)

I worked with a university lecturer with ADHD, I assigned structured tasks for the week, organised their calendar to reduce decision fatigue, and drafted email responses in their inbox to ease the overwhelm of an unmanaged mailbox. I also supported them through training modules and was available for phone support when they needed it.

THe Outcome

My client reported having a clearer workload helped reduce her decision fatigue. Supporting her by managing her inbox and having drafts ready to send streamlined her workload.  She found that the support provided her the confidence to stay in her role and perform at her best.
